I'm a Green Pup

Here I am doing my bit for the environment.

All my **whispers behind paw** poopy gets put it the wormery and the worms make it into compost, No plastic bags of poop in the landfill for me

How cool is that!!!!

Yesterday Miss Lesley The Mad Dog Lady came to my house, mummy said she came to see her but I know it was really to see me.

I showed her all my toys, jumped all over her, had a really good sniff and then got some really great shoulder rubbies too.

After that I showed her my garden and of course my wormery but I let mummy explain the technical stuff.

I thought you might like to see it too, it really is the bee's knee's.
The best bit is, it doesn't smell and mummy gets lots of free compost and liquid fertilizer, making mummy smile and me a very Green Pup :o)

  2. Hmmm, I could swear I came over here earlier and you were posing as a Poppy instead of a puppy. I must have been mistaken. But, I am glad I figured it out because my Mom thinks your Wormy Poo is the greatest thing ever. She makes compost out of left over bird seed and poop and spreads it around the yard every fall and spring ... but I have to tell you it really stinks for a few days (not good ... the neighbors don't like it and neither do I). But a no stink wormy poo option might be just the thing ... if your Mom has time she should tell my Mom where to get one :) Happy Smiley Friday, Badger Boo :)

  5. We don't go to the bathroom in our yard, so we have to use bags on our walks. We never buy bags, we just use bags that we already have but recently we heard about biodegradable bags that we may look for.

    1. We use biodegradable starch ones so when I gets back of the walks mummy chucks them in the wormery, they have to be the starch ones as wormies don't eat the normal biodegradable ones. Considering what they do eat I'm surprised they're so fussy BOL xxx

    1. Hello Miley, nor had we, mummy saw it at a garden show a couple of years ag, and ordered one, never looked back as the disposal used to be an issue, as your not supposed to put it in with household rubbish or leave it on the street, so what was you supposed to do with it? As no dog bins where we live x
