A Small and not very Daft Adventure

Good golly gosh I had a fab time out with my hoomans at the weekend, my supervsory skills were required to ensure things ran smoothly, as I was keeping an eye on them at a fete.

There were lots of dogs and people to meet and greet, here is just one of the handsome fellows I met.

I didn't have much time for socialising as I had important supervising things to do.

The first was to get the stall set up, as Himself and his friends are Community First Responders and were doing First Aid for the event. Himself also makes up kids with fake wounds to raise funds for new equipment.

Once everything was set up, a quick pose for the camera, then a chance to explore with mummy and check out the other stalls.

It was pretty warm so after a quick drink, I jumped onto my chair so I could keep an eye on all proceedings.

I get so many strokes, I thinks I should charge people to stroke me to raise money for the CFR's but mummy says no, as I'm not a toy to be played with, I suppose she has a point as it was rather hot and stroking can be a warm business.

Then the bestest thing ever happened, daddy was up for a bit of Rough House Play, although we played fairly gently as I didn't want to hurt him.
Rough House is one of my most favoritest games, and Himself sure gives good ear rubbies...

After all this this playing I was feeling a bit pooped out, so went to jump on my chair only to find mummy had pinched it.
How cheeky is she?
It didn't stop me though, I just jumped on her lap and we had a nice cuddle and I went to sleep.

It's been a while since my last Daft Adventure, but so happy to have a small one now Himself is on the road to recovery.

    1. It has a big itchy scab on it **yucky** but I'm being good and not scratching it, so avoiding wearing the "Cone of Shame" so far!

  5. Well done Badger Boo - a very brave boy. Not nice having a big itchy scab, but not as bad as the cone of shame.
