Lost and Found

OMP I'm soooooo pleased I've found my lost Piggy!!!!

Me and Piggy have been together for many years and sometimes I like to take him out on walks with me, then a few months ago I lost him *sobbing uncontrollably*. We had just come back from a walk and found he was missing!

Now I've found him I'm not letting go again!!!

Sadly mummy hadn't been doing her job properly, she didn't pick him up when I put him down, I seriously considered sacking her as my P.A. at the time I was so upset!

We eventually came to a compromise and I was given Mr Sheep to carry round, he wasn't the same, he was clean and didn't smell right, but I soon had him smelling how I wanted him BOL

Welcome Mr Sheep
You may think I was being a little harsh on her, but there had been several problems around that time. The worst being:- She made a total hash of my New Year Message to my facebook buddies check out this appalling video she made, I did post it at the time to shame her, and show my furry buddies how bad she was getting at her job!

My P.A. needs to be top notch, as I have a reputation to maintain!

I digress:- Mummy decided to tidy the shed yesterday, and boy did it need it, even I couldn't get in there.

Our shed, full up or what!
She started by putting all the stuff in the garden, so I decided to have a root around, you never know there might have been some forgotten food somewhere.

THEN all of a sudden, I could smell a smell I recognised under a pile of stuff, so I shoved my head under as hard as I could manage, and just out of my reach I realised it was him, IT WAS MY PIGGY!!!!

I pushed and pushed my little body as hard as I could and stuff started to move, then CRASH, everything came tumbling down, but I got him and pulled him out.

I was so happy, doing a victory dance around the garden, muffled barking with him in my mouth.

Mummy came out of the shed and it was fuss and cuddles all round. Although on reflection, somebody must have put him in there, cos there's no way that "I" could have left him in there by accident.

The hard decision now is:- Who do I take on my walks? I can only carry one *thinking* maybe mummy could carry the other one for me.

    1. Piggy didn't need a wash, he smelt great! But he disappeared again, I can now see him going see him going round and round in the soapy box.

He looks most unwell now, poor thing :o(

Won't take me too long to get him smelling right again though Mollie.

    2. He was so pleased to find his old friend, I only wish I'd had the video camera as the way he was charging about with his Piggy was very funny.

Hope you are recovering well from your operation, not nice to be unwell in this heat (((hugs)))

  2. Oh Badger Boo, I am happy for you. But what a choice. You are such a good dog, though, the Boxers are very rough with their toys - you do look after yours x.

    1. Oooo Miss Lesley I have a terrible secret, I don't look after all my toys so well, some I like to rip their stuffing out *muffled giggles behind paws*

I only treats my favorites well, but sometimes even they need mummy to perform major surgery on them.

Good job mummy is a clever Toy Doctor or I would have none left, it really depends on how the mood takes me.

I keeps them intact for a few weeks, and if they gets a little tooth hole in them I has to try and get the stuffing out.

Well, it would be rude not to try BOL

  3. Hi Badger Boo I love that you take your babies on walks with you! Very responsible of you to make sure your stuffies get plenty of fresh air. So glad you found your favorite pig.

Fixed your entry on the Blog Hop. Not sure why it isn't working properly with your blog to grab direct so I saved a picture of you from your blog and then uploaded it. Your mum might have to choose a picture from her files of you on her computer to make it work.

    1. Welcome Felissa, Davinia and Indiana *waves paw madly* it's pawsome to meet you..

Thank you so very much for fixing the Blog Hop entry, you are very clever. That is the picture my mummy chose too, it seems to be working fine now. Not sure what I did wrong? Must have been something to do with my big fluffy paws being a bit slippy today, do you ever have that problem too?

Been following Life with Dogs on facebook for sometime but only discovered the Blog Hop this morning, and being a Spaniel I'm not to bright with technical stuff BOL.

Just dashed over to your blog and now following it, it's pawsome.

Hope you enjoy reading my abouts my daft adventures too...

  4. Phew, that's good news Badger Boo - PA's do make the odd mistake, but they are great at sorting things out too. Hope the (just a little) cooler weather is better for you today.

    1. *waves paw* Hiya Miss Jill, she's a good PA really, but sometimes she makes some clangers of mistakes *shakes head with a resigned sigh*

Still on the early morning walks, cos I'm so silly I just keep running about and getting a bit hot, so can only go out when it's cool.

Sometimes it would be nice to just sleep though *sigh*

I gave the PA a little reward based training and she is improving slowly BOL

Piggy is now safely in my toy box, but I keeps getting him out to make sure he is ok *giggles*
