National Dog Photography Day #nationaldogphotographyday

Today is National Dog Photography Day which was started by our good friend Kerry Jordon of Fur and Fables back in 2018 which you can read about here

Kerry is an amazing photographer and has photographed us on many occasions for various companies and products that she's worked with and needed a nutty Spaniel for. We love working with Kerry as she always captures the most amazing action shots of us, instead of your run of the mill sitting and posing photos

But I digress

Mum takes so many amazing photos of us as well as some pretty bad ones occasionally **roars with laughter** how is she supposed to find that one perfect photo of us to represent National Dog Photography Day, it was a tough one that's for sure

Off Lead Dogs

That awful moment on your walk when having your photo taken and you get photobombed by yet another loose dog with no recall, its almost a daily occurance now and is very annoying and upsetting 

It took about 5 mins of the owner yelling before they finally got to us to collect their dog

Nosey Nose Art #WeekendSmile {26}

This week mummy has been playing with her phone, as usual I'm her long suffering model, she's discovered some really cool apps and settings on it.

She particularly loves the Depth of Focas setting on her phone and keeps taking pictures of my nose **resigned sigh** 

I got so bored I went to sleep, but I really likes this picture she took, it's not too shabby for a mobile phone picture.

She also discovered the Pip Camera app that my buddy Miss Betsy was using over on facebook.
You can add all sorts of things to your pictures, I really love these two pictures.

Who'd have thought you could do things like that, pawsome isn't it!

The other app she particularly enjoys playing with Portrait Sketch, of course I was the model yet again **sigh**

I don't mind really as it keeps her amused and makes her happy.

 Simple things for simple minds **muffled giggles behind paws** 

It's a lot of fun really, just don't tell her I told you so.

Mum was trying to get a picture of me chillaxing in the sun on daddy's lap, but this pesky Sea Gull kept sneaking into shot!

Can you see him? 

She finally got the shot, I think I look pretty damn handsome in it too, even if I do say so my self.

Blowing My Own Trumpet

Yesterday I had a trip to the groomers which was long overdue as the Winter cold just wouldn't go this year. Mummy always lets me grow my coat in the Winter now I don't go to shows anymore, she says it doesn't matter what I look like. Of course I beg to differ, I like to look my best at all times for the ladies. 

OMP delete delete, what if my Cassie reads that last line I'm gonna be in sooooo much trouble!

Came out this morning for my photo shoot, sounds better than pictures in the garden don't you think? It was freezing, so I reluctantly posed for a few photo's before I shot back indoors again.

Now brace yourselves ladies, because I am looking very dapper, all ready for the Summer. The only thing missing in this picture is The Sun!
 What's happened to it I want to know? 

Your probably sitting there thinking " But you look as handsome as ever Badger Boo." Which of course you would be right to think, but check out my before and after shots.

After:- Well Hello Handsome!

What do you think then, definitely a better look? Although check out the top of my bonce, them pesky grey hairs are really coming through fast now. It's bad enough my luscious black ears and muzzle started going grey a few years ago, but the top of my head is too much **resigned sigh then thinks** I wonder if  'Just for Men' works on dogs too?

Oh No, I'm getting really grey now :o(

Right enough of this posing lark now mummy, lets get back into the warm, I'm freezing my unmentionables off here!

Come on it's freezing around the umentionables, I Demand to be let in NOW!!!

Look I've made another start on my Nose Art that you callously washed off the window the other day. 

That'll teach you for taking naked pictures of me without my collar on **muffled giggles behind paws**

Educating Mummy in the Cold

As we head out into the garden I realise mummy has the camera out, cool I love my picture being taken.

**does a happy dance**

But hang on a minute, why is she taking pictures of silly stuff and not me? It's far to cold to be hanging around out here for no reason! 

What is she doing? 

She has climbed onto the raised bed! 

That is a definite "No No" I gets moaned at if I climbs up there!

So I barks to tell her off and gets Shhhhhh'ed **thinks** I suppose it is a bit early to bark cos of the neighbours, but how rude! Nopup Shhhh's me without good reason. 

**stomps off in a huff**

Anyway she carries on taking pictures and ignores me, by this time I was shivering and my unmentionables were getting most cold, so I decided to teach her a little lesson and started getting into shot, she wasn't happy, you can see the result here BOL.

Eventually she succumbed and started to take pictures of me at last, so she had obviously learnt her lesson. 

She can be quite intelligent sometimes for a hooman **whispers** just don't tell her I said that BOL .

She decided to be all arty today, and wanted me in the cobweb so I decided to humour her just so I could get back inside and into the warm again.

Think I'll give the photography sessions a miss next time, too cold out there for this old pup...

The Gallery 109 ~ Sport

The theme for The Galley this week is Sport.

To me sport means one thing "Louis KO King" K1 Fighter.

 (mixed marshal arts) 

Louis is the son of my school friend Denise, I have known him his whole life and followed his sporting career  with much enthusiasm.

Louis is on the right, I can't remember his opponents name...

I took these pictures of him winning his second Professional Fight at Ceasers Palace in March 2010 from the VIP area. It was an amazing night and I lost my voice from all the cheering and screaming.

Ooops Down he goes..

Louis is a local lad from Haslemere, he is ferocious in the cage but outside he is a humble, polite and gentle person always willing to help others.

Louis is everything a good sportsman should be, that is why he is my choice this week.
